– You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Quantum Thrust is a 3D infinite runner space game that includes:

– Single-player gameplay with procedurally generated content
– Multiple spacecraft with unique abilities and statistics
– Daily, weekly, and all-time leaderboards
– XP-based pilot ranking system
– Daily challenges with rewards
– In-game currency system (coins and gold)
Social Features
– Public leaderboard rankings
– Score sharing to Reddit comments
– Achievement-based user flairs
– Community competition
Premium Features
– Optional in-game purchases using Reddit Gold
– Exclusive supporter flairs and badges
– Ship unlocks and cosmetic items

4. User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
– Play the Game fairly and in good faith
– Respect other players and community members
– Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
– Follow Reddit’s Content Policy and User Agreement
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

– Use cheats, hacks, bots, or automation software

– Use multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
#Harmful Behavior
– Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
– Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content when sharing scores
– Impersonate other players or moderators
– Engage in fraudulent activities
#Technical Interference
– Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
– Interfere with or disrupt the Game’s servers or networks
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data
– Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these Terms may result in:
– Removal from leaderboards
– Revocation of earned rewards and flairs
– Suspension of in-game features
– Permanent ban from the Game
– Reporting to Reddit for account action

5. Leaderboards and Rankings
Leaderboard Participation
– Your Reddit username and scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards
– Leaderboard rankings are determined solely by game score
– We reserve the right to remove scores we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating
Score Validity
– All scores must be earned through legitimate gameplay
– We reserve the right to audit and remove suspicious scores without notice
– Decisions regarding score validity are final
Leaderboard Resets
– Daily leaderboards reset every 24 hours
– Weekly leaderboards reset every 7 days
– All-time leaderboards are permanent unless a score is removed for violations

In-Game Currency
Quantum Thrust uses the following virtual currencies:

– Refunds are processed at Reddit’s discretion per their policies
Account Termination
– Upon termination of your account (voluntary or involuntary), you forfeit all virtual currencies, items, and purchases
– No refunds will be provided for forfeited items

Our Rights
Quantum Thrust and all related content, including but not limited to:
– Game code and software
– Visual designs, graphics, and artwork
– Ship models and game assets
– Audio and sound effects

are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
– Access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use
– Use the Game’s features as intended
Restrictions
You may NOT:
– Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content
– Create derivative works based on the Game
– Use the Game’s assets for commercial purposes
– Remove or alter any proprietary notices
– Sell, rent, or lease access to the Game
User-Generated Content
When you share scores or interact with the Game’s social features:
– You retain ownership of any content you create
– You grant us a license to display your username and scores as part of the Game’s features
– Your shared content must comply with these Terms and Reddit’s policies

8. Disclaimers
“As Is” Service

Liability Cap

By You

By Us

– Discontinuation of the Game
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
– Your license to use the Game is immediately revoked
– You forfeit all virtual currencies, items, and progress
– Your scores may be removed from leaderboards
– No refunds will be provided
Survival
Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Agreement
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.

Severability

Assignment
