1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Blast Infinity Stones (“the Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of Blast Infinity Stones, a game available on the Reddit platform.

By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

These Terms are in addition to Reddit’s User Agreement and Content Policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• If under 18, you need parent/guardian permission.
• You must have a valid Reddit account in good standing.
• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.

3. Description of Service

Blast Infinity Stones is a marble-blast style game featuring:

• Gameplay with power-ups and progression
• Leaderboards (daily, weekly, all-time)
• Score sharing and community features
• Optional in-game purchases using Reddit Gold
• Cosmetic items and flairs

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Play fairly
• Respect other players
• Follow Reddit’s rules and applicable laws

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, hack, use bots, or exploit bugs
• Submit fake or manipulated scores
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
• Harass others or post offensive content
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Game

Violations may result in score removal, loss of rewards/flairs, suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to Reddit.

5. Leaderboards

• Your Reddit username and scores may appear publicly.
• Rankings are based on legitimate gameplay only.
• We may remove any scores we reasonably believe were obtained unfairly.
• Daily and weekly leaderboards reset periodically; all-time scores stay unless removed for violations.

6. Virtual Items & Purchases

• Purchases use Reddit Gold and are handled by Reddit’s payment system.
• Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable (except as required by law or Reddit’s policies).
• If your access is terminated, you forfeit all virtual items and progress with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, its code, art, assets, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to play the Game. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it.

8. Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that progress/scores will be preserved forever.

We are not responsible for Reddit’s platform, availability, or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Changes & Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or these Terms) at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or other reasons. Upon termination you lose access to progress, items, and scores.
